How often should I replace filters? Where can I get replacements?

We suggest filters be replaced once every 1-3 months, depending on a few factors:

• How often the product is used
• How mineralized (hard) the input water is
• The surrounding environment - is there pet dander, smoke, or dust frequently present?

Yes tap water is safe for use, the product’s filter removes any impurities

How do I clean my product?
